Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations received on or before February 21, 2012 will be refunded less a $125 cancellation fee. As of February 22, 2012 registration fees are non-refundable. If this program is not held for any reason, the Energy Center of Wisconsin's liability is limited to the refund of the program fee.

Substitutions

You may substitute participants by contacting the Energy Center at least 5 days before the event. After that date please bring information to registration.
